Ward was born at MonroeLouisianaon 14 April1976. Ward attended the private Christian primary school, called Monroe Christian School. Ward attended Ouachita Parish High School to complete her secondary schooling. She then moved to River Oaks High School the summer following her senior year. She briefly studied at Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. Ward quit school at thirteen and relocated into New York so that she was able to begin modeling. She attempted acting later in the year. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited role in the 1970's soap-opera All My Children, and later was cast in the lead in a drama for teens on NBC Premier-Time Malibu Shores. Ward got her first lead performance in the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera and portrayed the female virgin Meg Cummings. In 1999, Ward began her film career playing Brittany Foster, the psychotic Brittany Foster of the erotic film The In Crowd. The film, which was initially an economic failure theaters, but later on video-on-demand (VOD) it became extremely loved. Following the film, Ward starred in a supporting part in the cult film Shallow Hal. Alongside her direct-to-DVD role, Ward made numerous guest appearances on television programs like Friends. In 2009she landed the role Chloe Kmet kothe mother of a young gymna ston on the ABC Family drama show Make It or Break It as a member in the principal cast in the first two seasons of the show. For her personal life, she is married to David C. Robinson. They have a son named Cameron.

She's gained enormous recognition on social media for her pimple popping cyst removal video and exposure of blackheads.
